general

  • USD upfront via kofi or paypal invoice.

  • payment is required before i start working.

  • payment is non-refundable.

  • clear image references only of characters . i will not work with paragraphs of text.

  • i will do one revision; client risks receiving a fee after 1st revision.

  • art is for personal use with proper credit.

  • do not sell / use my art commercially. AI & NFT usage strictly prohibited.

  • i may refuse your commission for whatever reason.

designs

  • trading, selling, or transferring within 2 weeks of recieving the design is heavily frowned upon and may result in a blacklist.

  • do not resale for a higher price unless adding on paid art.

  • changing the race / whitewashing, removing trans scars, and other extreme offensive edits are prohibited.

  • do not claim the original design as your own.

  • do not use my designs for commercial products / use , you may only use them personally

  • after a transfer of a design to another user after initial purchase, my terms of service must be passed accordingly
